Medical assistance for passengers with reduced mobility and/or sick passengers is available for Brussels Airlines operated flights. For European flights, the request must be made at least 24 hours before departure. For African flights, we kindly ask you to request for this service at least 48 hours before departure. Requests coming in after that time will be handled if possible, but cannot be assured.
